Yatra Online reserves the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified terms.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel service provider.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger information as per identification documents.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the specific package and lead time before departure.
- Yatra Online acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers.
Booking Conditions
Payment Policies
A booking is only considered confirmed once a successful payment has been processed and a confirmation voucher is issued by Yatra Online. Full payment is generally required at the time of reservation for dynamic holiday packages involving airfare and specific resort bookings. For land-only departures, a non-refundable deposit may be accepted with the balance due 45 days prior to travel.
Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via your registered email address. The scale of charges below applies based on the date of notification received by our support desk:
- 30+ days prior to departure: 25% of total package cost.
- 15 to 29 days prior: 50% of total package cost.
- 0 to 14 days prior: 100% (No refund).
- Flight cancellations are subject to individual airline policies + administrative fees.
Refund Processing
All eligible refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during the transaction. Please note that processing times vary depending on your financial institution but typically range between 7 to 21 working days. Yatra Online does not charge additional transaction fees for refunds, though bank intermediary charges may apply on certain international transfers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the relevant local courts.
